We were getting on the bus to the Belfast Ferry and needed something quick and easy to eat on the ride. The waiter at Little Vietnam was very kind and helpful, and suggested veggie and shrimp rolls that absolutely hit the spot. And they were easy to eat on a bus. Delicious too.
