Soup of the day was fantastic. Giabatta was poor. It needs some spicy pep up.

My daughter was served a cappacino and halfway through drinking it she noticed a large 'bogey' or 'snotter' in her cup. She's not very confident, but was truly sickened by this understandably. She decided to phone the manager today, as he wasn't there yesterday. After politely telling him that we normally enjoyed our visits there, she told him her unfortunate experience and instead of an apology he was extremely rude and told her she was wrong and would get no apology from him. She was really upset and we certainly will never be back now. Disgusting attitude altogether!
