My partner and I went to Haute Dolci Glasgow to try and were very disappointed with what advertises itself as a high end brand. It is a large restaurant but only seemed to have two workers in front of house for about 25 tables with several large groups etc. These staff looked pressured and stressed, clearly a very understaffed floor. I don't know what staff was in the kitchen, but the worker behind the bar was doing all drinks and a lot of food prep, with one waitress struggling to serve all the table on her own. Cheap employer who rather make customers wait than pay enough staff. Manager on duty, Akash, was asking for good review with his name mentioned, which I thought was very pushy. Very poor service and high prices for average food. Would not recommend, you can treat yourself for much better value elsewhere.
