I regularly order from this Greggs, normally I will go out of my way to go to this Greggs over the one that's closer. The staff are really friendly and if there's something missing from the fridge, they're helpful enough to go check in the back for extras. I rarely get a delivery through Just Eat but when I do the staff leave smiley faces and thank you messages on the bag. It's the sort of thing you remember. I had a particularly frustrating Just Eat experience today so I decided to go down on foot to re-buy the items that weren't delivered. The staff were really helpful and sympathetic to the situation and went beyond what I had expected to help me out. Cut above the rest, honestly. Rare for a franchise.
