Stopped by Greggs for a quick lunch and the food was fresh and delicious, especially the steak bake. I wasn’t sure what to try at first, but the server-Guhan was so helpful and friendly with recommendations — he made the choice easy and the experience even better!

I had lunch at Greggs today and was served by a person named Guhan, and I just have to say how amazing he was! His service was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make the experience such a positive one. It’s not every day you meet someone who leaves such a genuine impression, but he truly did. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable — Greggs is lucky to have him!
