I just wanted to say thank you to Nicole (the shift manager that was on today) and also the man that phoned before we phoned back :) I had a massive problem with just eat not letting me cancel my order due to things not being available in the shop (not Gregg's fault) but just eat were telling me I couldn't cancel my order and if I cancelled then I would still be charged. My partner phoned the shop and explained this and Nicole made me the 2 sandwiches that I wanted fresh from scratch and she was so lovely to deal with and very kind, I really appreciate it ❤️ she definitely made my day better! Thank you for your kindness x
