the service was very friendly, the atmosphere was cozy enough and the iced latte was tasty, but oh my days that carrot cake was the worst i’ve ever had. it was so dry and crunchy. the flavour was okay, but if it hadn’t been for the cream cheese frosting on top, it would have been inedible. the cannoli was also very sweet and synthetic tasting. the croissant was just fine.

What a wonderful discovery! I was only in the West End for the morning. In a world of automation and touch screens to order coffee, this place has such an inviting atmosphere, friendly service, excellent coffee and fantastic Italian cornetti/croissants that have that sweet Italian smell that I love so much. A lovely Scottish/Italian cultural blend. Look forward to going back the next time I’m in Glasgow. And next time I’ll try the IrnBru cannoli…
