Caffè Nero St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow Friday 11th July 2025 Outstanding service from Susan who is the manager We regularly visit this branch and it is clear the level of service, presentation, cleanliness and customer satisfaction are driven by the leadership of its manager. We know she has been recognised by the Company at the highest level and it’s clear they have recognised the outstanding talents of this dedicated and committed manager At our most recent visit on the 11th July Susan served us. She was as always friendly, efficient with an attitude that nothing was too much trouble. She has a warm and welcoming style and I would imagine most customers would be delighted by her. Often we are quick to complain if something or somebody doesn’t deliver the standard of service or performance we expect. However sadly when the reverse is true few take the opportunity to offer praise and recognition So please let Susan know how much we appreciate her.
