I would give Bing Soul 10++++ stars if I could!! I’ve walked past this place for months and finally gave it a shot yesterday with a friend. We shared the Chocolate Oreo brownie bing su. At first it looked unassuming, we both took a spoonful and the layer underneath looked like a pile of shredded coconut (but it was the ice). After the first bite we just looked at each other in shock - it tasted amazing. I felt like I had been to heaven and back. The ice tasted like ice cream and the texture was so fun. There was also chocolate powder (tasted like milo clumps - delicious!!!) and chocolate sauce. My friend and I constantly complain about the lack of good dessert places especially in town but I would seriously travel to the west end to have this every week. The service was amazing and the vibes were really good. The portion size was also pretty big so sharing between the two of us was perfect. 10/10 I plan on coming back!!!
