I visit more of the Glasgow clubs and this one is better than the rest. It has all the facilities you would need and even bike tracks. The dressing rooms are vell placed not as crammed as some other locations, although they still operate on a 50 pence coin which is quite inconvenient. The FT area is one of the biggest and well equipped. The place is clean and the equipment is in working condition most of the time. There is on the ground help with fitness instructors and several personal trainer also but if you check the machines bar code with the app suggested you’ll get a generally good advice and plan according to your parameters. Parking is very good and a huge parking lot is almost empty most of the times.
