J’ai déjà été 4 fois chez Crudo 7 en quelques mois et à chaque fois j’y amène de nouvelles personnes… qui repartent toutes aussi conquises que moi ! 🤩 L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, le cadre bistrot minimaliste-chic (avec une touche vintage) sans chichis, et le service impeccable avec une équipe aux conseils avisés. La carte est un vrai voyage : saveurs incroyables, présentations soignées, plats généreux et délicieux. Tout est pensé pour être partagé façon mezze, et chaque assiette est une découverte. Mention spéciale à l’aubergine fumée babaganoush, un pur délice. Beaucoup de plats sont fumés au barbecue, apportant cette touche unique et gourmande. La sélection de vins est top, et l’expérience est aussi réussie à midi qu’en soirée. Bref, un endroit qui coche toutes les cases : entre amis, en amoureux, entre collègues, ou même en privatisation le samedi pour un événement privé. Un vrai coup de cœur à Genève dans le quartier des Eaux-Vives, allez-y les yeux fermés !
