Arrivé en équipe (Aveyron racing club 13) pour une compète. Je me prenome, Tony, capitaine de père en fils depuis 4 générations. Et beh je peux vous dire que j'en ai eu pour mon argent. Du vin servit par le patron ? Magnifique. La nourriture ? Exquise. Vous me direz l'ambiance ? Un sans faute. Au café de la bourse vous êtes là bas comme chez vous. Comme on dit vers chez NOUS, Hubert a fait chauffer la pôele avant la carte bleu. Et ça ? C'est ce qui nous a fait chavirer, chavirer sur un cépage Vaudois, chavirer sur une burata a la pistache digne des plus grands. Tony, et mon équipe, nous reviendrons.
