Edit: Oceniam tylko jedno zamówienie, Focaccia. Z mojej wiedzy wynika, że jest to placek/chlebek drożdżowy co za tym idzie grubość i miękkość po upieczeniu powinna być znaczna. Wyschnięte na wiór nawet duża ilość oliwy nie uratowała sytuacji. || Sytuacja wyjaśniona z managerem restauracji. Profesjonalne podejście, miła atmosfera rozmowy. Życzę sukcesu z nową załogą!
