Lokal położony na obrzeżach starego miasta jednak na tyle blisko by odbić z popularnych szlaków i spróbować szerokiej oferty Al Dente. Podczas wizyty spróbowałem: Carbonara burger (*5/5) - wyróżnia się dużą ilością sosów (majonez i bbq). Ciekawego samku i tekstury dodaje duża ilość guanciale. Boscaiolo burger (*5/5) - sma dyktuje dobrze wypieczony panierowany ser oraz żurawina. Tekstura podkręcona prażoną cebulką i drobno krojonym boczkiem. Mieso w obu burgerach dobrze wypieczone z wyraźnym krastem ale wilgotnej. Bułka delikatna, miękka, niezapychająca. Frytki (*4/5) - duże, bardzo dobrze wypieczone jednak trochę przesolone. Sam lokal ciepło i ciekawie eurządzony.
