La cuisinière sait cuisiner et maîtrise parfaitement la cuisson du poisson et des crustacés , un peu beaucoup d’ingrédients mais a par çà c’est très bon … qualité plutot rare à Gdansk

Jakie mamy oczekiwania idąc do restauracji rekomendowanej przez Michelin w dodatku, której właścicielką jest zwyciężczyni Master Chefa? Na pewno spodziewamy się wyjątkowych składników dań i zaskakujących smaków. Niestety nasze dzisiejsze doświadczenie nie spełniło naszych oczekiwań. Zamówiliśmy menu obiadowe, w skład którego wchodziła na przystawkę straciatella (bardzo smacznie doprawiona), kurczak z ziemniakami z truflą (niewyczuwalna), porcja kurczaka była minimalna, do tego równie mikroskopijna porcja warzyw bez żadnego smaku. Deser też był symboliczny, jednym słowem wyszliśmy trochę głodni i rozczarowani, dziwi mnie w tym kontekście ilość pozytywnych opinii.
