Skandaliczna obsługa! Dzieci wybrały konkretne zabawki, a mimo tego otrzymały zupełnie inne – jakby nikt nie zwracał uwagi na to, czego klient oczekuje. Czas oczekiwania na wymianę był absurdalnie długi, a obsługa kompletnie niezainteresowana problemem. Na zwróconą uwagę zamiast przeprosin spotkałam się z brakiem kultury i ignorancją.
