To była jedna z najlepszych kulinarnych niespodzianek podczas mojego pobytu w Sopocie! Masala Kitchen serwuje przepyszne, aromatyczne dania kuchni indyjskiej, które naprawdę przenoszą w klimat Azji — bez taniego “fusion”, bez kompromisów. Zamówiłem butter chicken i dal tadka, do tego świeżo wypiekany naan — wszystko idealnie doprawione, wyważone, z odpowiednim poziomem ostrości (super, że można wybrać!). Mango lassi było gęste, kremowe i bardzo orzeźwiające — polecam jako dodatek do pikantniejszych potraw. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie: uprzejma, pomocna, z dużą znajomością menu. Wnętrze restauracji jest eleganckie, ale nieprzesadzone — czysto, przytulnie, z lekkim klimatem Indii. Świetna lokalizacja przy Monciaku, ale jednocześnie trochę na uboczu, więc nie ma tłumów. Ceny uczciwe jak na jakość i lokalizację, chociaż szkoda, że ryż czy chlebek trzeba zamawiać osobno. Ale to już taki indyjski standard :) Ocena: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeśli szukasz autentycznej kuchni indyjskiej w Trójmieście – to zdecydowanie jedno z najlepszych miejsc. Na pewno wrócę!
