I am visiting family in Gdańsk. So far my favourites have been Zurek and perogi. Both of these were let downs - the zurek was watery and the sausage was very plain and unexciting - usually the sausage has a good blend of flavour and smoky note. The pierogis had a thick doughy texture and taste. Nothing special at all for both- I would not bothered to write review if this had been an airport in another country. You should try to improve your signature items
