I don’t generally rate chains but the service I got today was so lovely. The woman offered to add an extra shot after I said I was so tired, but not in an upsell sort of way. And then when I asked for milk the woman who made my coffee asked if I wanted it heated up or added cold. What a lovely choice - and then we had a little chat. As much as we could with my little Polish and her little English. What a great introduction to gdansk.
