„Die Kantina“ ist ein wirklich schönes Restaurant, das besonders durch sein Ambiente überzeugt. Schon beim Ankommen fällt der große Außenbereich auf, der in einem idyllischen Garten liegt. Dort sitzt man sehr angenehm, egal ob für ein entspanntes Abendessen zu zweit, mit Freunden oder in einer größeren Runde. Die Atmosphäre ist locker und gleichzeitig gemütlich, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl ist abwechslungsreich und die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend. Der Burger war frisch zubereitet, das Brötchen fluffig, das Fleisch saftig und mit reichlich knackigem Salat belegt. Dazu gab es knusprige Pommes, die wirklich lecker waren. Ebenso überzeugte das Schnitzel, das außen schön kross und innen zart war, dazu ebenfalls Pommes und eine herzhafte Soße. Insgesamt merkt man, dass in der Küche mit Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird und man auf Geschmack und Qualität achtet. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war jedoch der Service. Die Wartezeiten waren relativ lang, sowohl beim Bestellen als auch beim Servieren. Außerdem wirkte das Personal noch etwas unsicher, vermutlich weil einige Mitarbeitende noch neu im Team sind. Dennoch waren alle freundlich und bemüht, sodass man sich trotzdem gut aufgehoben gefühlt hat. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Besuch, besonders wegen des tollen Gartens und des leckeren Essens!

J'ai adorée ce restaurant sans rdv, de tres bons plats copieux..un service impecable et un accueil très chaleureux.. si vous êtes de passage à fribourg n'hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçus.
