Sehr schönes Café mi frischen leckeren Speisen. Modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Saubere Toiletten. An der Freundlichkeit kann gearbeitet werden: Eine Begrüssung und eine Verabschiedung gehören dazu. Aber eben, dass plaudern mit der Kollegin ist vermutlich wichtiger. (Darum der Abzug: Freundlichkeit ist das wichtigste!)

Unfreundliche Bedienung, herablassend und belehren. Die Bisquitrolle ist von außen vertrocknet. Der Milchschaum auf dem Kaffee fällt schon beim Anschauen zusammen. Nie wieder.
