Vielleicht die beste Bäckerei in Freiburg Herdern (Handwerk vom alten Schlag, keine Industrieware) mit nettem Café, zum Frühstücken, Café trinken, oder zum Kuchenessen des bäckereieigenen Backwerks. Es war alles wunderbar lecker, keine 0815 Ware, sehr nettes Personal. 1A Laugengebäck, sehr gutes Brot, tolle Kuchenauswahl!
