Interessante und anregungs reiche Ausstellung!

Kleine, aber durchaus exklusive Sammlung von Werken der Gegenwart und der klassischen Moderne, wobei Letztere den Hauptteil der Sammlung ausmacht. Man findet - sofern ausgestellt und nicht verliehen - Werke von Heckel, Feininger, Eichin, Dix, Macke, Baumeister, um nur einige zu nennen. Ein paar ausgewählte Plastiken von Lehmbruck runden die Ausstellung ab. Und es finden regelmäßige Gast- und Sonderausstellungen statt. Das ganze wird auf zweieinhalb Etagen in einem wirklich schönen neubarockem Bau präsentiert, der einmal eine Mädchen-Bürgerschule war. Wer Kunst liebt und in Freiburg ist, sollte hier vorbei schauen.
