Uitstekende plek voor chocolade of ijs, daar valt niets op aan te merken. Maar, wees gewaarschuwd: op drukke momenten kan het er erg zenuwslopend zijn. Terwijl ik een half uur in het lawaai stond te wachten, zag ik meerdere gezinnen die chocolade kochten zomaar de rij overslaan om vervolgens ook ijs te bestellen. Dit, niet omdat al wie chocolade koopt van nature een voorsteker is, maar wel omdat dit de praktijk ter plaatse is. Wellicht wilt men op deze manier extra consumptie aanmoedigen, maar het is simpelweg niet eerlijk. Moet gezegd, eens je de kassa bereikt en er vindt interactie plaats, is het personeel opvallend vriendelijk. Dat maakt gelukkig een hoop goed, en al zeker in (het bij norm minder vriendelijke) Firenze.
