Organizzati, sorridenti, gentili e…vegani ♥️ Si prenota tramite sito e si paga, si viene contattati tramite sms per conferma, quando si arriva in fila si scrive un whatsapp e si attende alla fermata del tram…a naso in su, catturati dall’atmosfera di quel cestino che cala dal balcone, nostalgico ricordo di tempi che furono. Panino Tan8 buonissimo, puoi scegliere anche livello di inzuppo e di piccante! Salsa verde eccezionale, qualità del pane buonissima…nessuno che butta carte a terra, bici-tavolino allestite dall’altra parte della strada, cestini differenziati che tutti rispettano e persone in fila sorridenti. Un grande ingegno, grande personalità e una visione del futuro cruelty free che mi fa stare bene…per me un grande grande sì!

Ero troppo curioso di assaggiare il panino con il lampredotto vegano. La consistenza , la forma e la masticabilitá sono pressoché simili. Per il sapore forse mi sono lasciato condizionare dal fatto che sia fatto con i funghi. Il pane croccante è ben inzuppato…in 3 minuti l’ho divorato con gusto e felicità. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
