Me encantó! Tenía claro que quería probar spagetti a la carbonara y, después de dar un par de vueltas por la zona por cuestión de horario (cerca de las 14h), entré a trattoria Alfredo. Nada más entrar escuché hablar en italiano a la gente que había ahí y supe que no me había equivocado. La pasta estaba deliciosa, y el trato de los camareros fue genial! Los precios son asequibles, en línea con la zona, pero el trato fue excelente! Puede que cerca haya sitios más turísticos pero la esencia está en esta trattoria!!

Passando di qui abbiamo notato il menu esposto fuori che ci ha convinti subito! Abbiamo mangiato un'ottima tagliata fiorentina di 1,100 kg in due che ci hanno mostrato prima della cottura accompagnata da un piatto di verdure di stagione, e un buonissimo vino rosso della casa. Giuseppe, persona cordiale e professionale, ci ha accolto benissimo: dopo il dolce, ci ha offerto un amaro della casa portandoci altri cantucci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! Esperienza in una trattoria tradizionale di Firenze che invito chiunque a visitare! Grazie ancora e a presto!
