Passeggiando nei dintorni di Palazzo Vecchio, abbiamo scoperto Sgrano, un piccolo paradiso per chi ama la schiacciata... anche senza glutine! Abbiamo provato la versione gluten free ed era semplicemente squisita: fragrante, saporita e con ingredienti di ottima qualità. C’è un po’ di attesa, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Il servizio è rapido e organizzato, e nel caso si avanzi qualcosa, si può tranquillamente portare via e gustarla più tardi — rimane buonissima. Un indirizzo da segnare per chi vuole un pranzo veloce ma autentico nel cuore di Firenze!
