Carlo, su dueño, nos recibió con una calidez auténtica y nos cocinó los platos más deliciosos que hemos probado desde que llegamos a Italia. Entre aromas, sabores y sonrisas, compartimos historias y sentimientos napolitanos, contándole que pronto partiríamos hacia allí. Fue un encuentro lleno de sabor y emoción, de esos que se atesoran. Se nota que es un lugar atendido por su propio dueño, con una pasión que se transmite en cada detalle. Lo mejor de todo: la relación entre calidad y precio es excepcional, demasiado buena para una comida y atención de este nivel. Un rincón verdaderamente especial en Florencia.

Här går italienarna själva för att äta. Personalen består av ägaren själv som gör jättegod mat. Han förklarar gärna menyn och går genom alternativ om du frågar. Sedan får du en välgjort mat av färska råvaror med klassiska smakar. Vi var väldigt nöjda och kända oss så omhändertagande. Ingen stress eller jäkt. Hemtrevligt, lugn miljö, vardagsrumstyst. Att värden dessutom gör den bästa tiramisu av alla vi ätit toppar upplevelse. Dit går vi igen om vi återvänder till Florens.
