Un restaurant à l'ancienne ! Je l'ai découvert par hasard. Tellement content, j'y suis retourné encore une fois durant mon séjour de 3 jours. Un jour, faisant des compliments à un restaurateur de mon pays et lui disant que je viendrais chaque midi si son restaurant était dans la ville où j'habite ; il me répondit, guoguenard, vous n'avez qu'à déménager.

Was recommended by our host Eleanora. We didn’t have a reservation on a Monday evening at opening (7 pm) and the place was fully booked. The staff was gracious and served us for a quick 45 minute dinner before their 8:00 pm reservation arrived. The food was outstanding; the staff was friendly and efficient and the food is one you shouldn’t miss out on in Florence!
