Un piccolo angolo di bontà nel cuore del Mercato Centrale di Firenze! Pork’s è una tappa imperdibile per chi ama la vera cucina toscana, quella schietta, saporita e fatta con passione. I panini sono una meraviglia — carne tenerissima, ingredienti di qualità e combinazioni che fanno venire voglia di assaggiare tutto il menù. Ma ciò che rende l’esperienza davvero speciale è Benita, la proprietaria: un concentrato di simpatia, energia e gentilezza. Ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso e riesce a trasformare anche una semplice pausa pranzo in un momento di allegria autentica. È l’anima del locale, e si sente!…Grande pecca sono i prezzi un po’ troppo alti anche più di una trattoria…

The lampredotto sandwich (with spicy sauce) was outrageously good. Paired up with a great cappucino as well. This place is a must go. I could immediately tell it was authentic, run by a man and woman who seem like they’ve been in business for a long time. Very welcoming to a tourist like me as well.
