Buonissimo! Abbiamo gustato baccalà mantecato su polenta nera con cipolle marinate, tagliatelle al ragù di polpo, acciughe e fiori fritti con una salsina piccante che ci stava benissimo. Dessert non solo molto buoni ma anche bellissimi. Tutto cucinato con cura e attenzione, presentato con grande accuratezza e arricchito da quel tocco di creatività che sorprende senza mai esagerare. Una nota speciale per l’accoglienza del proprietario e chef: con il suo sorriso e la sua simpatia ti fa sentire subito a casa nel suo ristorante. (Le foto sono solo dei dessert… mi sono distratto a mangiare senza perdere tempo 😅). Bravo Hiron! 👏 Torneremo sicuramente.
