Firenze non finisce mai di stupire, regala sempre angoli di bellezza e raffinatezza. Questo gioiello, l'osteria Dragomanni, nascosto sul tetto dell'hotel LA SCALETTA, è da non perdere. Non lasciatevi scoraggiare dalle rampe di scale, piuttosto utilizzate il comodo ascensore, ma salite verso questo affaccio sulla culla del rinascimento e verso una cucina eccezionale. I piatti, ben selezionati e sempre con ingredienti freschi, sono una rivisitazione dei classici. Si và dalla pappa al pomodoro, ben bilanciata, ai tortelli con scaglie di tartufo. Secondi preziosi, con carni locali e ricette toscane, con qualcosa in più. Lo staff è estremamente professionale, a cominciare dalla divisa, passando per la cortesia e finendo con i dettagli che ti coccolano, come le morbide coperte per godersi la terrazza all'aperto anche in inverno. Ed è proprio la terrazza che lascia a bocca aperta: ti pare di toccare la torre di Arnolfo, mentre sei praticamente a cavallo di Palazzo Pitti, con la facciata di Forte Belvedere che fa capolino dal bosco del Giardino di Boboli. Il panorama è favoloso, vale la salita ed il prezzo del pasto, che è onestissimo per la qualità offerta. Insomma, che sia per un aperitivo, una cena romantica o un evento conviviale, potete contare su questo locale per un successo assicurato. Una menzione particolare per il barman, che ha condito con genio e fantasia i cocktail del pre cena. Consigliatissimo.

The atmosphere/views you get on the rooftop terrace are priceless, worth every penny you spend for a lovely evening during the sunset over Florence. The food is decent, but no surprises. However I do need to point out that after receiving the main course we needed to wait additional 10 minutes for the sides (potatoes and salad), and that is not acceptable for a place that requires a deposit during reservation with the argument that they take pride in providing quality service.
