The truffle pasta and panna cotta were absolutely delicious! I sat at the bar, and the sommelier had such a warm and joyful energy.

We don’t have a good experience. I will admit that we didn’t know that a Filet is cooked very rare in Florence. But, it was too rare. We asked for it to be cooked a little bit more and the staff was disrespectful the rest of the evening. Never checked on us, never brought more wine, and we had to ask for bread 3 times and when it was brought to us, it was not the same that everyone else had received. So, the mood changed, our experience suffered and they didn’t seem to care. They were rude and disrespectful.
