Locale moderno con sobria eleganza. Atmosfera rilassante: musica di sottofondo gradevole al giusto volume, luce soffusa; anche se in una sera affollata, il locale risulta godibile. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Menù variegato con buona scelta tra piatti della tradizione toscana e innovazioni dello chef. . Ottima la qualità della carne e del pesce. Tra i dolci/frutta segnalo il carpaccio di frutta buonissimo e originale( vedi foto) Prezzi nella norma per un locale di questo livello.

The cuisine is consistently exquisite, and the wine selection is outstanding. In my opinion, this is surely the best restaurant in Florence
