Fantastic small restaurant (in the tapas (shared) philosophy). The variety of food selections was really fun and imaginative. Bruno (the host) was fully engaged in our experience and wanted to make sure we were happy and informed. He also brought out Ella, the chef who was the mastermind behind all the fusion style cuisine. She was really cool and very young. It’s hard to imagine her skill level in another 10 years, she will be a master if she continues along the present path. This will be the first restaurant we will go to when we return to Florence next year!
