Coming from the pizza conoisseur who already ate more pizzas than a human should, this is the best pizza in Firenze. Tomato sauce, cheese, and crust. If you know, you know. The service and everything else is also very good but we all know we care about the pizza.

This place was so good that I came back every night of my trip! The Quattro Formaggi pizza here is honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life — perfectly crisp crust, multiple amazing cheeses, and so much flavor. Ahmed made the experience even better. He was so friendly, welcoming, and always made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about his guests and loves what he does. I'd had a horrible day and he made it much better :) If you’re in Florence, don’t miss this place. Incredible food, great atmosphere, and Ahmed will make you feel right at home! 🇮🇹🍕
