The food is every bit as special as the view and that’s saying a lot! The are twists and combinations in each course and they work! The coffee enhances the risotto, just as bbq sauce brings out the inherent sweetness in the carrots. My favorite dish was the beets, barely cooked, and shaped like a rose. I could have made a whole dinner out of that dish. The presentations are beautiful and the service impeccable. The chef greets each guest and somehow makes it all feel personal. This restaurant has all the mystique and beauty of Florence. Go!

Un’esperienza indimenticabile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dall’inizio alla fine siamo stati coccolati da un servizio impeccabile: attento, sorridente e mai invadente. Lo chef è stato semplicemente straordinario, capace di trasformare ogni piatto in un viaggio di sapori ed emozioni, con grande cura sia per la materia prima che per la presentazione. Ogni portata era un piccolo capolavoro, equilibrata e sorprendente, in cui tradizione e creatività si incontrano alla perfezione.
