El pa és de fa uns dies. He demanat un carpaccio bresaola amb grana. De carpaccio com jo l'entenc, res de res. Molt poc marinat i només era pernil amb formatge, amb una mínima goteta d'oli. Avui, després d'uns dies a Itàlia, he demanat una grappa torrada. Té gust a suro, suposo que feia temps que la tenien oberta. Però com tot, la primera impressió en un restaurant potser equivocada. Quan torni a Firenze, repetiré. No m'agrada fer males ressenyes, sempre cal probar de nou!

Very reasonably priced food and drink in the centre of Firenze (Florence). I had the Bacon Cheeseburger, wife had the Ham, Cheese and Courgette Foccasia with half litre of the house white. No complaints and the service came with a smile.
