Staff cordiale, locale carino. Il cibo è buono ma non mi sento di dare più stelle, il pesce è quasi tutto congelato, che va benissimo ma i prezzi non possono essere quelli del pesce fresco. Edit: soprassedendo al tono poco cordiale, con "staff” mi riferivo alla ragazza che ci ha serviti e la cuoca che non modo di sapere se siano le proprietarie e quindi indico con un termine generico. Inoltre, non ho mai insinuato che la qualità del pesce sia scadente ma che, come indicato anche sul vostro menú, non si tratti di materia prima fresca che invece viene fatta pagare come tale. A questo punto ci tengo a precisare che uno dei cannolicchi ordinati è arrivato con il guscio rotto e i pezzi sbriciolati sopra. abbiamo tolto i pezzi e mangiato comunque senza sollevare obiezioni, sottolineo che eravamo soli in sala al momento dell’antipasto. Dopo questa risposta dire anche che la cortesia dello staff è da soprassedere.

Ein sehr schöner Abend im Grotta Marina. Toller Service und individuelle Betreuung. Neben den freundlichen Inhaberinnen des Restaurants war die Zubereitung und auch der Geschmack der Speisen superb. Sehr empfehlenswert ist als Dolci das Cocco Bello. Eine Geschmacksexplosion! Wir haben den Abend mit der großen Seafood Crudo Platte gestartet und danach den Tataki di Tonno gegessen. Sehr, sehr gut! Danke für den schönen Abend!
