Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή στο κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας, ιδανική για όσους θέλουν να γευτούν αυθεντική ιταλική κουζίνα χωρίς υπερβολές και τουριστικές υπερτιμήσεις. Τα ζυμαρικά ήταν πραγματικά χειροποίητα, με πλούσια γεύση και άριστα δεμένα υλικά. Η bistecca alla fiorentina ήταν εξαιρετική – σωστά ψημένη, ζουμερή, με τον χαρακτήρα που περιμένεις από μια γνήσια φλωρεντινή μπριζόλα. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό, χαμογελαστό και με πολύ καλή διάθεση να εξηγήσει και να προτείνει πιάτα. Ο χώρος ζεστός, αυθεντικός και με ατμόσφαιρα γειτονιάς, μέσα στο ιστορικό San Lorenzo. Συνολικά, μια εμπειρία που αξίζει. Θα επιστρέψω σίγουρα.
