A quiet little gem in Florence. Off the tourist beat and by many accounts, favoured by locals. I can see why. Wonderfully friendly staff and properly attentive. The three soup course is vegetarian and simply sensational. Visit, you'll love it. This bit of the review is nearly a week since I returned home to London. I ended up having dinner there three nights out of the five I spent in Florence! You know when you go to a place and you feel that you leave as friends with the owners? Well, this is how I felt with Futura. By the way, try their meloncello, it is outrageously good!
