Esperienza super piacevole: il personale è stato molto gentile ad accoglierci, mentre l’ambiente si presentava molto grazioso e curato. Le cameriere aiutano nella scelta dei piatti, specie indirizzando su quanta porzione di carne può essere indicata se non si è abituati ad ordinare la Fiorentina che va presa dal kg in poi e sul tipo di cottura. La carne spaziale, lasciata anche sulla piastra dove volendo si poteva girare per cuocere di più , se gradito, l’altro lato delle fetta. Sicuramente la piastra consentiva di mangiare la fiorentina sempre morbida e calda, così da non ritrovarsi a mangiare carne freddata nel corso del pasto (mi è capitato altrove). Sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo, entusiaste del pieno qualitatevole di proteine. Last but not least: rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Allego foto :)
