Ristorante molto sofisticato, ho apprezzato molto la location il servizio e soprattutto la qualità e la genuinità del cibo . Rapporto qualità prezzo notevole . Devo con piacere segnalare , Matilde ,Emanuele , Margherita , Oana , Stefano , Lara Cristina Consuelo che uniscono alla professionalità una grande capacità di entrare in empatia con la clientela . Ci vengo da tanti anni e ho sempre mangiato molto molto bene . Consigliatissimo ., devo inoltre aggiungere all ‘ accoglienza Nawel molto gentile e molto attenta all esigenze della clientela.Tornato di recente si primi di Novembre e devo confermare la professionalità del personale e della Sommelier non sempre riscontrabile in altri posti . Mi trovo sempre bene qui , e trovo il menu molto interessante . Consigliatissimo

Ho provato il menù degustazione al Cibrèo Restaurant ed è stato davvero eccezionale. Una sequenza di piatti curati e ricchi di sapori sorprendenti, ognuno con una personalità unica. Si percepisce la passione e la qualità in ogni dettaglio. Chiudere con la cheesecake alla pera, semplicemente strepitosa, è stato il finale perfetto per un’esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile.
