Preden smo začeli z ogledom Firenc, smo se ustavili na kavici in zajtrku. Vitrine so bile lepo osvetljena in lepo založene z dobrotami. Ko smo čakali na vrsto je do nas pristopil natakar, ki nam je prijazno pomagal, da smo izbrali in naročili. Natakar se je lepo potrudil in tudi z nami komhniciral angleško. Vsedli smo se za mizo in lepo spili kavico ter pojedli. Sendviči so bili odlični ravno tako kavica. Odlično.

La prima volta alla Caffetteria fu del tutto casuale, semplicemente passavamo in questa via del passeggio di Firenze che amo perchè la sento "meno acchiappaturisti". Ritornati a Firenze ci siamo diretti alla Loggia per un aperitivo ignorando tutte le offerte di spritz lungo il percorso e siamo stati accolti dal calore e dalla gentilezza di Elena. La saletta di fianco è intima, ben curata, il bagno pulito che per me è un segnale i igiene di tutto il locale e dei cibi. Gli spritz al Campari e all'Aperol erano accompagnati da grandi olive verdi di buona qualità come le patatine e le noccioline e abbiamo scelto di degustare una ottima schiacciatina al salmone, burrata e misticanza. Ho assaggiato anche due deliziose barchette alla crema e ai frutti di bosco. Il servizio è ineccepibile, il prezzo è giusto, che a Firenze non è poca cosa. Grazie Elena e arrivederci alla prossima.
