⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Caffè Desiderio – Firenze Accoglienza caldissima da parte di Michele, che fin da subito ti fa sentire come a casa. Abbiamo iniziato con un tagliere spettacolare: finocchiona e pecorino di qualità incredibile, un prosciutto crudo buonissimo accompagnato da pane fritto, pane fatto in casa e focaccia fragrante. Le tagliatelle fresche del giorno con ragù di diaframma erano semplicemente perfette — piatto genuino, saporito e curato nei dettagli. La carta dei vini è una piacevole sorpresa: non troverete etichette altisonanti, ma vini biologici e di altissima qualità, scelti con passione. Michele, che è anche sommelier, saprà consigliarvi il vino giusto con grande competenza e simpatia. Un posto autentico, dove si mangia e si beve davvero bene. Torneremo sicuramente!
