Restaurante vegetariano de mucha calidad. Comida buenísima y ambiente muy bueno. RENUEVA RESEÑA Volvimos a pasar por Mérida para comer en Shangri-la, la comida buenísima, todo, como siempre, de mucha calidad. El pan de quinoa siempre hay que pedirlo (triple B), me encantó el Seitan con setas y el burrito brutal. El servicio muy bueno y el ambiente inmejorable.

Desde que entras, el espacio transmite calma y buen gusto; un lugar pensado para disfrutar sin prisas, donde cada detalle suma a la experiencia. La carta es un festival de sabores, pero hay dos imprescindibles: el calabacín dorado, una joya que equilibra texturas y aromas con un punto de originalidad memorable; y la cerveza Gamusino, artesana, fresca y con carácter, perfecta para acompañar cualquier plato y elevar la velada. La atención es otro de los puntos fuertes: cercana, atenta y siempre con una sonrisa, logrando que cada visita se convierta en un momento especial. Creo que no hemos comido tan rápido(por la representación em el teatro a posteriori), con tan buena comida y tan bien atendidas. Pedimos las croquetas y la musaka, ambos platos riquísimos. Repetiremos seguramente💜
