Es un refugio del calor muy agradable. Los platos muy bien pensados y con productos de gran calidad. Creo que el menú va cambiando. De lo que pedimos, tanto el salmorejo, las croquetas, el cochinillo, como la presa ibérica estaban increíbles. El vino tinto fue una maravilla, y hay que destacar la labor de los chicos que explicaron cada plato y aconsejaron muy atinadamente. Vamos a volver cada vez que pasemos por Mérida.
