Nos sentamos para desayunar. La terraza estaba al 50% y la gente estaba terminando sus desayunos. Al sentarnos dijo que nos atendían enseguida y pudimos ver cómo éramos ignorados y se entretenían en limpiar otras mesas sin gente esperando para sentarse en ellas. Hartos de esperar nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

⭐ Reseña para Google: Hoy fui a desayunar y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El camarero fue muy amable y las tostadas estaban deliciosas. Sin embargo, al momento de pagar, cometí un error al decir “zumo de naranja” en lugar de “zumo de piña”, y la cajera reaccionó de forma totalmente desproporcionada. Me reclamó de manera muy brusca delante de mi pareja y de otros clientes, haciendo gestos, manoteando y hablando en un tono muy inapropiado. La situación fue tan incómoda que solo le faltó pegarme. Es una verdadera lástima, porque todo había sido excelente hasta ese momento. Entiendo que el ambiente pueda ser estresante, pero esa no es la forma de tratar a un cliente, y mucho menos delante de otras personas. Es triste que el buen trabajo de todo el equipo se vea empañado por una sola persona. Si estás de cara al público, un poco más de formación en atención al cliente no estaría de más.
