⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This review is long overdue! I ordered some sweets from them last year for a friend’s birthday in the UK (I’m in the US), and the team went above and beyond. I had only asked if they could add a simple “happy birthday” with the food, but they surprised us by including a beautifully printed birthday card with the sweetest words. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the gift truly special. The pastries were delicious, the service was outstanding, and the kindness shown left a lasting impression. Incredible every time. Wheelchair accessible, with staff who really listen and support people with speech impediments, allowing him to order independently Milk shakes kept me going though pregnancy and the pancake stacks are insane. See you again today
