Lovely pasties with the best pastry to be eaten on any I have imbued. Good sausage rolls as well, but for me the pepper pasty is the one to go for. A delightful lady behind the counter (Exeter) who is engaging, welcomes you into the shop, and with a friendly smile takes your order over the counter. A "salt of the earth, welcome my 'andsome", kind of person, one you want to converse with. The Exeter shop is a little austere and not particularly inviting, but I go for the baking, and not the décor. I have not had to wait at any time, and there always seems to be freshly cooked wares. The pasties are so good that I look forward to visiting Exeter simply so I can go here! It's therefore no surprise that they have a few other shops, to my mind. Try them, you might be impressed, as am I!

Staff members need retraining in customer service quite frankly. Everytime I've been there, I'm immediately barked at that they don't have 90% of their menu and this is usually been before 12/1pm.. ridiculous. Food is too tier though.
